Hi. Simon (or anyone else that might know): Do the team bonuses associated with LD and EX only kick in while a player is on the ice, or so they simply need to be in the lineup? Example, if a guy only plays 8% of the game, would those bonuses only apply to the team during that 8% of the game? Or does...
