There *has* to be some way. There just cannot be 8mb worth of new information that the GMs need to get after every day of games... To put that in perspective, the classic computer game "Tie Fighter", which was a pretty massive game in it's day with great graphics, music, tons of missions.....

I just tried to open the latest Zip file containing V2 Ratings and I got an error that the zip was invalid or corrupt.

My internet connection is flaky right now, so that could very well be the cause, but just in case the file needs to be re-uploaded, I figured I'd mention it.

I just downloaded Ver 2.0.1 and tried to sim. I no longer get the Error 503, but I still get FTP Connection Failed.

It only happens "most of the time". I've found that I can eventually get it to work if I keep trying over and over.

Rather than spend hours of trial and error, I figured I'd ask the Commissioners out there: What OV rating formula comes closest to V1?

I'm not sure... but I guess my original question still stands - why is the simulator deactivating Waivers all by itself without telling me about it?

That seems strange to me that Waivers would be disabled after the trade deadline. Is that the case in the NHL? And players not being sent to the farm? I'm pretty sure I've seen NHL/AHL moves all season and into the playoffs... Maybe I've just never noticed though.
