Hi,

I want to know if there will be an update to the STHS this summer that will allow us to:

1) Create a new team (e.g. Las Vegas)
2) Decide its order for the Draft Lottery (e.g. 4th place, with same Odds as 3rd Seed (10.3%))
3) Roll the Lottery accordingly

I'm sure that's in the work already, but I want to make sure it'll be there this summer or prepare myself consequently.

Hi.

The STHS already allow you to create new team since it's first day. Sadly, I don't make the rules for the lottery for expansion pick. Since it's one time deal every time the NHL did, I let peoples make it themselves. In the STHS, the new team always get the best spot after the lottery winner.

I knew it had always been an option to create an expansion draft, I just wasn't sure how the Draft Lottery was going to be affected.

Two questions remain:
- ''The new team gets the best spot after the lottery winner'': That means the new team gets 2nd place, regardless of the lottery ?
- Is there a way I can manually modify the lottery odds and/or the ranking orders for the teams during my offseason before running my draft lottery?

If you have 1 lottery winner, yes. If you have 3 lottery winner, it's mean 4.

Lottery, no. Ranking Order in the Entry Draft, yes.
