Looking for opinions from those who use engine 1.5

I am really getting tired of the random nature of 2.0 and the bad teams on paper it turns into good teams and the ridiculously unbalanced home/road splits (there is a team that is 4-9-2 at home and 13-7-0 on the road) for at least 5 teams every year.

2.1 we can never get to work in a decent way with realistic scoring.

So what about the 1.5 engine? Who uses it here and how happy are you with it? Looking for your thoughts. Thanks.

We use 2.1 and I think this is the best option.

2 weeks ago, I projected some stats to compare our league (LHSM) to the NHL.

You can see that it is very similar to the NHL.

Points
NHL 47 pts en 29 parties (Rantanen) Projection 132 pts
LHSM 50 pts en 31 parties (Kane) Projection 132 pts

Buts
NHL 21 buts en 27 parties (Laine) Projection 64 buts
LHSM 22 buts en 30 parties (Laine) Projection 60 buts

Passe
NHL 35 passes en 29 parties (Rantanen) projection 98 passes
LHSM 33 passes en 31 partie (Kane) projection 87 passes

DEF
NHL 29 pts en 29 partie Giordano projection 82 pts
LHSM 29 pts en 30 partie Burns projection 79 pts

NHL 10 buts en 28 parties Dumba projection 29 buts
LHSM 11 buts en 30 parties Carlson projection 30 buts

NHL 26 passes en 29 parties Giordano projection 73 passes
LHSM 23 passes en 30 partie Burns projection 63 passes

PIM
NHL 72 PIM en 28 parties Marchand projection 210 min
LHSM 77 pim en 30 parties Wilson projection 210 min

Been using 1.5 for 11 seasons!

I feel its the more realistic engine. Don't put SC for defenseman too high cause they will score a lot

How much do they score if you aren't careful with SC?

Keep in mind that it looks like the NHL this year will have several defencemen who will be 75+ points or better. Burns, Karlsson, Carlsson, Giordano, Rielly, etc. Chabot maybe if he gets back soon.
