They are in 4th place overall in the Eastern Conference and are headlined by John Tavares and Erik Karlsson. So they are a strong, good young team.

The islanders are a very solid young team in 3 rd for the eastern conference fighting for a solid playoff spot. They are lead by John Tavares and Eric karlsson.

The rangers are also a good team fighting for a playoff spot.

The bruins are loaded with Ovie , Ryan getzlaf, Seth jones, dougie Hamilton , etc. this is a great team for someone looking with a solid roster.

The Canadiens are due up for a high draft pick, probably number one overall. With PK subban and Shea webber they have a solid defensive core, and are a young team that you can build around.
