GMs needed for new league

Due to family related issues, our first attempt at starting this league was scrubbed part way through the dispersal draft. However, thanks to a few GM's offering to help out, and the rectifying of the family issues, we are going to try and launch this again.

We are looking fort 20 GM's to start, with plans to expand in the future. We are using current NHL rosters with the latest set of BRHL ratings (2016-17 ratings). Once we have 20 GM's, we will hold two drafts to disperse players and prospects (players with no ratings so far) from the 10 NHL teams left over.

This league features a few unique aspects, including sponsorships, one vintage player per team, and two seasons per calendar year with an entry draft after each season.
