Forced Upgrade

Up until recently, our league was using STHS 2.2.7 to sim. We used this version because we don't want to use the new index style. Our league has been running for 7 some years now and we simply like the old, straight-forward index rather than all this flashy stuff.

This was fine until recently, but now we aren't able to run that version without getting the 'using an out of date version' message. Is there any way to continue using that version or at least output the old index style in a newer version?
