3.0.8 Transactions output missing from php when compared to html

Just looking at the top of the transactions output... Seems PHP missing some lines of information

HTML I see

[10/19/2016 9:36:14 PM] - Bullies are expected to be over the salary cap by $3,875,139!
[10/19/2016 9:36:12 PM] - TrueGrit are expected to be over the salary cap by $1,299,962!
[10/19/2016 9:36:06 PM] - Volk are expected to be over the farm salary cap by $471,794!

PHP I see

Hi.

I think you simply output the webpage without refreshing the DB. The missing lines are all most recent one.

yup, I see it now cause I do output twice for now, once dynamic and once non dynamic and I uncheck DB often.. thanks
