Hi Simon,

I have searched the forum and did not find anything on this, so please forgive me if it is addressed elsewhere.

I want to renew my v3 subscription for another 2 year period. Is there a way to new the same license, or do we just purchase a new one? I am assuming the latter, but we all know what happens when you assume

I have one other question for you Simon.

We use our own rerate system, and with the old v1 we were able to upload the rerate file as a .csv file. Would we be able to use the same template we used with v1 and still upload our own rating pack to the sim? And, assuming so, would we use the Rating Pack Creation form? (I do not see an Import v3 option there).

You'll be able to use the same template, use than CSV to create a rating pack then upload the rating pack in the SIM.
