Minimum Ratings

It might look like a stupid question, and in a way it is.

But you know how sometimes you do things a certain way because...well it's the way you always did it before! Without even asking yourself if there really is a reason to do the things you do the way you do it.

Back in the days of the FHL, there was a minimum for each rating, 33 in most case. When we switch to the STHS, way back in 2010 or something we kept the minimum that we were used to. But I never asked (and never seen the info anywhere), is there a different minimum for each rating in the STHS? In other words, what's the minimum (and maximum, since we're there) for each ratings? Is it 33 or can we go from 1 to 99? Or else?

The STHS allow 1 to 99.
