La version 1 sera supportée mais pas bonifiée. En d'autres mots, s'il y a des bugs, une version Mise à jour sera sortie mais il n'y aura plus de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Personnellement, j'attendrais d'avoir la V2 avant de partir une nouvelle saison... Mais bon, à vous de voir

j'ai déja prévu entamer la saison le 1er octobre et les pré-saison sont commencés .. et comme Simon disait , elle serait instable a la simulation au départ donc tout indique que ca sera pas pret a la simulation avant 2010

I bought sths in july because I put faith in simon to have a reasonable upgrade structure in place... one of which I think it's quite fair.

I'm starting up a league and it takes time. I needed the program to test out things, try things out, do a pre run on my servers... This whole process took quite a while for me and is still ongoing.

Maybe V2 will be ready by october and I might even make the decision to jump to that right away... I don't know, I'm not sure yet Will it be a bit buggy at the beginning?

Because version 2 is being released so close to or after the start of many leagues season I am going to wait to use it only for next years season (July 2010). This will give me time to do a lot of testing to see how the options will affect the league next year.

Plus i will have to wait for the updated portal to be released.

If simon says (*snicker*) that sths V2 should be pretty good and stable, there's a good chance we'll go and do it and be a part of the bug process. We're a brand new league anyways so it really doens't make that much of a difference to us. I want two-way contract option and I have one GM user who prefers to use his MAC as a main computer

but if it's a lot of work to use the ratings to work with sths V2, maybe I won't consider it after all.....

The reason for not waiting for version 2 to start my season is not about bugs in the software. If there are any they will be fixed quickly. The main reason i will not use it this season is just that there are too many new and improved options for the league to use i will need time to go over them all before deciding on which ones to use and where to set them. Plus i am going to have to get 30 GM's accustomed to the new client as they too will have many new options to deal with.

Pas encore, le beta-test privé s'achève. Il n'y a pas de date précise mais le lancement s'approche. Soyez patient quelques semaines encore.
