Hi there,

I'm having an issue while trying to register my license. I keep getting an error 'Incorrect Registration Information' despite carefully copying the code and full name directly from the e-mail provided. I have been running the simulator as an administrator as well as disabling my firewall. Additionally, I followed the steps on installing STHS on Windows7.

I registered with the same email as this forum account.

I should note that I'm trying to register V1 of the simulator. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I think I spoke to you by email but are you sure you are using version 1 license information? Version 1 is no longer available for sell and you might have bought a version 2 license.
