0.9.3 question on the penalty "Clipping"

What exactly is "Clipping", i seen it called numerous times in the boxscores

wow....never seen that penalty in other sims..i have seen the play called in the nhl just never heard it called clipping...guess i learned something new..lmao

I think i have heard it called more in the CFL. But yes it is a rule in hockey.
