A GM brought up a interesting question, if you have coaches disabled, does the Coach's Match Plan still work? Or is it dependent on coaches being enabled?

Good one! The Coach Match Plan still work. Should I
disable the coach match plan when the "Coaches Disabled" is enabled
rename the "Coach match plan" to simply "match plan"

Option 2 is the best, as even though the Coaches are disabled, the GM is still doing the coachs functions by setting lines, and be able to adjust the style of play for his players on that team is really beneficial.

Both Tab and Label were change to "Strategy" for next version (1.1.1)
