Does it effect their ratings at all?

Is there some difference if a winger plays center or a center plays the wing?

Depend on the Forward Play All Position option.

I'm not asking for a specific amount here, but is it the same reduction in ratings for every single player or is it random?

Does it make a bigger deduction for putting a forward at defence or for putting a defenceman at forward?
