Windows ME compatible?

Post by ynohtna »

Hi

I tried a quick search but didn't find anything super helpful...

I have a GM that's using a windows ME machine (main machine is a MAC). His lines files are being saved at like 14mb and bigger sometimes!

Any ideas?

Hi.

Technically, Windows ME is compatible if is machine had more that 256 MG of Ram but I offer to no support for this OS, it's too old!

it seems to work, just that the SHL file is HUGE. 14MB! Actually after he install the VB distributable linked on your site, it when down to 101kb on autolines only. changing a couple players on lines makes the file 2MB! The lines file is 38kb on XP and Vista machines it seems.

I don't need you to put tons of support but have you seen that before? Maybe it's something really simple? Maybe he needs to install winzip ;)

Or hurry with the MAC version and maybe I'll switch my league over right away... we haven't started yet but almost with the NHL starting soon!

Hi.

If he's install VB6 Support Files and the STHS Automatic Files, he should be good.
