Draft Pick problem

I created a new league not to long ago and everything is ready to go and I am about to start our first ever pre-season but I noticed an issue that is really bothering me. It's to do with draft picks. The draft picks for each year are accurate, 2012, 2012, 2014, 2015 but then the 2016 draft picks for each team duplicates for some reason. We have 5 rounds for our entry draft but for some odd reason the sim decided to give each team 10 draft picks in the year 2016.

Each team has 2 1sts, 2 2nds, 2 3rds, 2 4ths, and 2 5th round picks. How am I able to fix this so it is only showing one pick for each round? In the meantime I told my league no trading of 2016 picks until this issue is solved.

Use the "Erase Draft Pick" and "Created New Draft Pick" command to fix that problems.
