Client File STILL Not Working

Client File STILL Not Working
My client file still is not working. I went through my hosting and there is no issue there, when I upload my client file to my site, it says it uploaded, but when I click download, it says page not found. I've asked this before, but now I actually need this fixed. Can anyone help? There is no error, just simply page isn't found.
