Does listing captains have an in-game effect? In a league where LD, EX, MO, and PO are all standard and fixed, so no real dynamic there, but am interested to know if there's any stock to the assignment.

Captain and assistant have an in-game effect.

I've always been under the impression that captains with a higher leadership rating will bring greater positive effects to morale in a win and lesser the hit against morale in a loss. Just my theory though.
