Formula for Best Defenseman

Hi, does anyone use a particular formula for determining the top defenseman? I've been searching the net and read about a formula called OCPR to determine the top defenseman. Does anyone know what the OCPR formula breakdown is?

When I create a d-man, I actually take a number of things in consideration as that would help produce a more balanced player than just pure defensive. They generally do not get a good SC but has a good DF to cope with it. Keeping the game simple would require you to put the PA a little higher than SK. Going physical would also be another point of consideration which would likely merit you some CK and ST notes.
