Need some feedback here, normally just have my first line and first defence pairing. Do you load up on passers and puckhandlers? One, two shooters? Best faceoff man?

There is no way to tell you how to set-up a PP in the league you are in. Each league is different as they use different rates, different settings.
The only way for you to see results is to mix and match until you find the right combo.
Check the NHL, you have forwards playing the point or specialty d-man, ie: M-A Bergeron who have cannot for a shot and who's main playing time is the PP.
What works in one league might not in another. So again, trial and error.
