Whats the best way to use star power I know its suppost to bring in fans.On my team I have 7 star power.

I think he meant at what point does it makes a difference and at what point do we have "enough" star power?

There is no limit to the number of star power you can have in 1 team.

What's the actual impact on the attendance revenue stream? Like +5% per Star Player?

It's depend on the Star Power Level in the game. If the total is below 5, you get 0% boost. If the total is 15 or higher, you get an 5% boost. Anything between 5 and 15 get you a prorata over 5%.
