that is not my rating pack so... It is easier to criticize something than do it by yourself
I use the SIMHL Ratings with the 1.5 engine for my two leagues and I had couple questions regarding the ratings.
#1 - Do Stats from Playoffs impact any ratings?
#2 - Do the ratings take in an average of the previous two seasons?
