Why don't you try version 2.2.9.10 and see it for yourself? If you don't have the STH file with version 2.2.9.10, you'll can easily drop back to version 2.2.7.

I guess I was asking if it still uses the same portal or if it has a brand new website it creates.

It's up to you to decide if you prefer the portal or my new website. You have to decide yourself.

Haha well at least that answers the question. I didn't know there was a new website. It had nothing to do with what is better.
Are there any links to what your website looks like before I decide to DL and install it all?
I tried looking through the forum but I couldn't find any.

I use to have one but I delete it when I release 2.2.9 because people could simply try version 2.2.9 and see the website for themselves.
