Can you tell me why Chicago would be higher than Anaheim in the standings? Wouldn't more regulation wins by Anaheim have them higher, even though they tied in points? Anaheim was 2-0-1 in the season series as well.
This obviously affects draft position is why I am wondering.

Chicago has more total win (25+3-3=31) that Ducks (27-3-0=30). If you had the "Tie Breaker Rules : SOW doesn't count", the ducks would be first. (30 versus 28).
