If I can make any 3 of my goaltender's ratings higher, which 3 should I improve?

Hand speed, Reaction Time and Rebound, maybe Style Control.
Those are the Top 4 stats in my opinion.

I've been curious as to whether or not there's a decision formula for goalies like the one for skaters. Rebound Control, Hand Speed, Reaction Time, and Style Control all have a significant part in determining the effectiveness of a goalie, and if my league didn't have injuries off, endurance would be more important. I would like to know if there's something that determines whether the goalie blocks with a leg or gloves it.
