Line Strategy & Team Wide Strategy

I'm just curious how do the line combination settings such as PHY, DF, and OF for a specific line interact with the "Team Wide Strategy?
For example if I have 1 line set as 0 PHY 3 DF and 2 OF and my Team Wide Strategy is 0 PHY 2 DF and 3 OF, how does it differentiate between the two, or do they stack on top of one another for a total of 0 PHY 5 DF 5 OF?
