V3 CSV files

Have an option TO NOT output V3 CSV file... that is usefull for league that use the portal and where V3 CSV are not compatible... it takes forever to upload twice the pages. Plus those CSV are huge files... And for commish like me that are in transition to convert it's website to work 100% with SQLite but for now still need V2 CSV to operate. V3 files are useless in both cases.
