NHL Rerates, Salary Cap

NHL only (no Farm) / 40 player roster

2 seasons per year with short off seasons

2 free agency periods per year, one for each season (UFA/RFA players, new players after rerates and unprotected players).

YEAR 1: season 1, we use the rerates; season 2, same rates but each manager can ask the league to rerate up to 4 of the players based on current NHL Performance.

Max contract length 4 seasons.
