In the manual there is the description for Endurance rating or goalie :
Endurance - Uses in the post-game fatigue formula.
Later, at the 8.14.4 section we have this :
Fatigue For 100 Endurance:

Note - The setting you choose here are apply for players and goalies that have 100 in endurance. A players or goalies that have less endurance can lost condition even if he play less minute that you select. The formula is (100 - Players Endurance) / 10 = Number of Minutes add to players games minutes to calculate what level the players fall under.

Pro Players & Farm Players:

Set these levels to determine how many condition points a player loses by X amount of minutes (based on a player having 100 EN [endurance]). There are 3 levels available to you and the settings should gradually increase in ice-time and points removed.

Defense Bonus - defensemen need to play the 'Players' level of ice-time plus the bonus to take the condition hit

Pro Goalies & Farm Goalies:

The main difference from players is condition points are removed based on how many shots they face instead of their ice-time. There are 2 levels available for goalies and the settings should gradually increase in shots as well as points removed.
My question is : Does the EN rating for goalie is used in the same way as players ? I mean does there's a formula like (100 - Goalie Endurance) / 10 = Number of shots added to goalers shots he received ? Or is simply the number of shots the goalie received ?

There is a formula. It's the same way that players where EN is use in the formula.

I usually keep my formula secret. I don't want to go huge discussion on why this attribute give X points versus the other attributes.

Player fatigue is public in the manual :

The formula is (100 - Players Endurance) / 10 = Number of Minutes add to players games minutes to calculate what level the players fall under.

I want to know how I can affect endurance of my goalie with rating.

Anyway, can you tell me if there's any other rating than EN involved ?
