I create an Excel file for those who want to generate their league lottery with expansion team with the NHL format and odds.

Instructions :

1. On Standings sheet, put team's names in reverse order of your standing (you must made your tiebreaking) on column B. You can fill other data to help you sort the standing if needed.
2. Go to this page :https://www.random.org/integer-sets/ to generate your winning numbers. Use those settings :
   Generate 3 set(s) with 4 unique random integer(s) in each.
   
   Each integer should have a value between 1 and 14
3. Go to the Draft sheet of the Excel file, enter generated number for each set to get your winner.

If you receive a message PICK AGAIN, you have one the following issue : the sequence 11,12,13,14 have been selected (it's a void sequence) or the sequence give a team that have already won one of the previous pick. Simply generate a new set for that pick.
