CNGHL Recruiting GMs

The CNGHL has been around for almost 20 years now and is interested in 2 new GMs to join us, starting with an exciting offseason.
While we've been around a long time, things have gotten a lot less active lately and we're making an effort to revitalize the league and generate more parity. We are replacing our less active GMs, adjusting our cap structure, and contracting the league from 24 teams to 20/22 in order to achieve that over a shorter term. (We expect to have expansion again in the future, but the dispersal draft will help close the gap between the haves and have-nots first.)
We currently have 20 GMs - if we find two new GMs in short order we will only contract by 2 teams, otherwise we will contract by 4 and look again next offseason.
This offseason will feature free agency with a new cap structure designed for more parity, a dispersal draft, our draft is still upcoming, and we expect/hope a lot of new blood to drive other player movement.
