Does line chemistry matter?

Hello all, I'm a new user of STHS.
Recently I have been running simulations trying to see what works best, and the question came to mind.
For examples sake if I ran out a line of 70's across the board would a line of a SNP/PLY/TWF play better than an equally skilled line of SNP/SNP/TWF?
