Preseason goalies

A feature that would be nice to have for preseason games is to allow a goalie switch near a specific time in the game. It's very common that goalies switch during preseason games at the first whistle after the 30-minute mark or for the start of the 3rd period. Give users the lineup option to designate a goalie change after XX minutes.
