DTW League looking for GM's (Build your franchise)

Will be starting up a new league that will begin with a current 31-team base, but will jump into a dispersal draft for players. The dispersal draft will work in the order of Snake draft selection. We will than do a prospect draft.
We are an IRL-sim league (Re-rates)
Rosters will consist of 55 Players, prospect lists will have a max of 50 names.
We will run a proboard for a forum(communicative league content) and a homestead for league-content such as standings, roster information and league statistics such history from 1 season to the next.
If your looking to build a franchise from the ground up, this is the league for you.
