looking for a new league

Looking to join a league that is starting from scratch. Needs to be a league using current NHL players, with preference to a league that is forming teams from scratch (complete fantasy draft). Would also like it to be a league where you are not locked to an NHL city and team name (team can be any name), but this is not a deal breaker.
