A penalty shot should always come with a penalty, right? Because in my last game it didn't. (2.1 engine).

edit: oh and the Stompers are listed as 0/3 PP, but the Hellcats only had 2 penalties... something is off here...

To my knowledge, penalty shot doesn't come with regular penalty.

A team is awarded either a penalty or penalty shot. Not both
