ECHL Still Looking for GM's

ECHL is still looking for 2 GM's. The league is in it's 5th season and we have just made a complete overhaul. New Sim (STHS), New Website(SIMHL WebPortal) and some new GM's. We currently have a very solid core of knowledgeable gm's but finding quality GM's isn't always a simple task. Thus we are using the trial and error approach. We interview all candidates and give a brief probation period. If you show that you know you stuff and have what it takes to make it in a competitive league then you're a shoe in.
The league is ran thru a Board of Directors. The Board is made up of 5 members all GM's of the league. The board gets together to make all league decisions, so it's not a 1 man show.
