Need Someone to Build My website

Looking for a quick, cheap website that someone can make for my league. I work at a Youth center and Am making this league for a bunch of the teens that frequent the center! I would need you to build it. I am not picky at all, i would just need you guys to walk me through it once its done. So that I know how to use it . Please post with me asap I want to get this going. Thanks Im a new comish, and am trying to make this the best possible league and experience for the teenagers!
