1) You are using version 3.3.5 of the STHS. Please upgrade to 3.3.7. I think it was fix in 3.3.7.

Players under RFA Age --> Players who can't sign with another team under no condition.
Player under UFA Age --> RFA
Player equal or over UFA Age --> True UFA
