How to create a schedule on excel

This may be a silly question but could someone let me know how to create a manual schedule from excel to import.
I would appreciate it.

I figured the excel part, but I have a follow up question.
Do I need to make a pre season schedule, sim and then create a reg season schedule or can i do both at once?

ahhh, ok done. The farm pre season box is shaded out when i attempt to make a pre season schedule. I have done my pro, pre season. Do i do a seperate one for the farm pre season and if so how can i check the pre season box. hope this makes sense.

The Farm Pre Season box? Where is exactly is this button you are talking about?

Do you have farm active in your settings? Can't make a sched if farm is de-activated.
