Draft/prospect creation

I have searched the topics but found nothing. This will be my first off season as a commish. What do I need to do to create prospect ratings and set up the entry draft?
Any help would be appreciated.

Prospect do not have rating, they are simply name.
Do you plan to create a list of available prospect for the next NHL draft?

I'm not sure which NHL draft year the last commish used but yes I guess I need to.

There is no list for 2015 done yet. If you make one, can you send it by email to me?
