Looking for a Quality GM

we've been a league for 16 years and we are looking for a new GM. A spot just became available and i'm looking for a dedicated GM for the long-run!
We have little turn-over, many of our GM's have been with us since inception. Spots only become available every couple of years.
Our league is based strictly on NHL performance.
