Hey Guys

Running a league, and we started to notice that there's a new line at the bottom of the Finance window that states Bonus and its a different value for some teams.

I'm guessing is when i retired players like Regehr or St-Louis or anyone else that retired or when i removed UFA's from teams but to my knowledge they had no salary so i don't see how this can still be around.

The line would be just over the Team Salary total and its listed as Bonus...

How can i remove this value as it is not representative of the actual Team's total cap.

Hi.

I'm sorry but I cannot figure out what line you are talking about. Are you talking about something in the STHS software itself? The word "Bonus" shouldn't exist in the STHS anymore and I canont figure out where is the "Team Salary total'.

for example if you go to my site

then got to lets say the san jose sharks then hit finance, at bottom you see theres a line "bonus" with a value added which increases the teams salary cap.

The value changes from team to team this has to be something on the simulator and output of the files, id like to correct this so that there is no bonus possibilities.

Hi.

You are looking at the WebPortal. I'm not really sure where this value is from in the STHS or the real STHS website. In the STHS, you may find it by checking the San Jose Team, click on Finance button and finally, check on the right side under the Special Salary Cap Value for year 1.

Yea i looked there but its grayed out is there a way to activate it? "modify Salary Cap Special Value"

Yes. Make sure the "Special Include in Salary Cap" option in the Finance Tab of your League Option is checked.

Yes there it is lol sorry i was sure i had gone over it many times...

the salary under the STHS are correct... i find this strange...

Sadly, I don't know where the value is coming from in the WebPortal. You can ask the question in the WebPortal forum. Maybe someone know.

well guess what... somehow its no longer there from my last push now i wish i had noted all the changes i made .... oh well i win some and i loose some lol
