Minimum OV for Pro Roster

We currently have options for the maximum OV rating permitted for the farm roster. In the same reasoning, I would like options to be added for a minimum OV required for the pro roster. This will counteract teams from deliberately tanking or only meeting roster requirements by moving a farm scratch to the pro scratch list.

This option exist and it's name "Maximum Players/Goaler Farm Overall." If you set this option to 60, you will not be able send to players over 60 in the farm.

That isn't the same thing. I am requesting a minimum for the Pro roster.
(Ex: Preventing a 53 OV player from being assigned to the Pro roster by having an option that anyone under 58 OV cannot play Pro.)
