Summer League - Under 30 FHL

The Under 30 FHL is looking for GMs for summer league. The League concept is below.
The start of each season will be like groundhog day with a fantasy draft at the beginning of each summer.
No Players over 30 years old. (Current cut off of 1990)
No NHL team names or logos.
24 Teams.
No Farm Teams.
No Free Agency.
No Entry Draft.
Looking to kick off with a snake draft the first week of June
