Looking for a uber web developer

I have an existing site from 10-12 years ago I want to bring up to date (It has not been used in 10-12 years either). The site is currently broken as I lost the old database for it and the login system stopped working (the login was linked to a vbulletin board). The vb board is the only thing I got working.

Among things I'm looking at:
A slight update to the design
Fixing a ton of things or create new stuff
Migrating the forum (it's currently vb 3.81) to smf or xenforo and also have the login control things like the lines editor.
.. and some kind of way getting that db file into mysql (preferably through a back end script)

I get this is not going to be cheap - and I figure to come here first to see if I can find anyone. PM me if interested.

Yeah - thats option 2a, fiverr is option 2b. I want to try here first cause getting someone who has experience with STHS would be a huge boon.. but I do get I need someone.. uber.

yeah .. I've decided to pocket the money and fiddle with the css and other things with the dynamic website. If the league I'm going to launch is successful .. I'll revist the the subject next year.
