I use BRHL 2.1 version, and try to tweak the goalies a bit worse.
This year I tried to force shift times to be shorter, having more fatigue.
I still feel GMs get more playability with 2.1 ratings. Just because you have a great team on paper doesn't mean an automatic win. People who tinker can find ways to get the most out of their line up.
