The Ultimate Hockey League has GM openings!
We are a STHS-based 28 team league, use the 2.1 engine (said to be the best) and our own real life performance based ratings. Founded in 1997 we may be one of the oldest sim based leagues around!
What we offer:
- friendly, international community with GMs from Canada, the US and Europe.
- full minor league, AHLers but also lots of real players from European leagues, for those interested
- ruleset similar to the NHL’s
- one gameday per day, one season per year. We are slow paced, so it’s perfect for those with bigger work/family commitments
- a long history and loads of historic statistical data
- this is a long termed league, it’s has been around for 24 years, and we are dedicated to keep it running for decades! This league will not fold just before you finish your painful rebuild!
What we expect:
- we are slow paced, but a certain level of commitment is required. You will have time to send in signings, prepare draft lists etc. but we expect things to be done!
- a certain responsiveness to your fellow GMs’ messages regarding trades etc.
- willingness to commit to your new team and the league *long term* (some of the open teams will need 3-4 years of rebuilding)
