I find a lot of young players only eligible to play Center have very low FO skill.

Does volume of FO taken increase the skill? I have had a few guy that had everything going for them except they had 68FO.

They seem to get killed in the dot no matter how high or low in the lineup.

Season Three 385 FO taken at 46% win rate.
Season Four 535 FO taken at 43.5% win rate.

Will that player see an increase in FO skill? Or is it only tied to win rate?

The number of Faceoff taken doesn't count in the Rerate function.
